








The parish baptism team prepares parents and godparents in their role of raising their child in the Catholic Faith. This process begins with a personal interview followed by a Baptism Preparation Class. Herein the parents and godparents express the desire to re-affirm the practice of the faith and to be examples of Christ to their child.

Registration: It is important that registration be made at the rectory 3 weeks before attending baptism class. You will be contacted by the baptism coordinator. That person will make an appointment with you for an interview.
Requirements: A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate.
Donation: $20.00 per/child is required for the baptism material
and is to be paid at the beginning of class.
Ministry: Parish Vocations Committee
Coordinates the annual vocation panel, visits retired priest, plans tours of St. Mary’s Diocesan Seminary and Religious Orders, passes out rosaries to the parish youth on national vocation day, recites the prayer for vocations of priesthood and religious life, promotes the diocesan Explorer and Insight Program, promotes the ideal of vocations within the parish.

A group dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary meet regularly to pray the rosary and other prayers required of Legionaires. The member visit the sick in hospitals and at homes. Member accompany the Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima to and from the homes of parishioners upon request.

On the fourth Sunday of each month, St. Christopher's Legion of Mary group will pray the rosary before the 6:30 pm Sunday Mass. We will pray for the intentions of St. Christopher's parishioners and for the spiritual renewal of our parish. We welcome all parishioners to come pray with us. May God Bless each and everyone of us and may Mary, Our Mother pray for us.
R.C.I.A. is the sacramental formation process that prepares an individual for a Catholic life at the heart of which is a desire to live as Jesus Christ taught.
R.I.C.A. is the same process taught in Spanish.
